the location is quite nice - probably top in summer.

there are a number of things we did not like: 1) our room was quite cold - heater were up just in the evening for a very limited time not sufficient to warm up the room. 2) breakfast room was also quite cold. 3) poor breakfast - no buffet, but the waitress used to bring few things to the table. 4) our room was over the restaurant, so it was very noisy over night. we did complain about it, but things did not change much. 5) restaurant was ok but not much choice in the menu.
