Too much extra fees - for example water in dinner not included.

Modern lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Loved the seating area with tea and coffee Spa was lovely

Cheaper breakfast - thought it was too expensive

amazing view , and relax areas. The lounge and restaurant views and services were very satisfying. especially must say about spa procedures I have done : massage and body treatments were done in a very professional way by Terapist Afrodite (her name).

The Hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. Loved the Room view the most!

The Location is not the best

One of the best hotels I have being in my whole life, the service is exceptional awesome, the food was great, and the facilities was great as well. Definitely going to back!

The bathroom of a family suite has no door, so for a family it's uncomfortable.

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

I wish the dogs would be allowed in the restaurant, maybe at least in a separate room, or a corner somewhere ☺️
