"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante insatisfactoria. Al momento de la reserva nos informaron que era posible recibir el desayuno en la habitación. Sin embargo, el día acordado estuvimos esperando desde las 8:30 a. m. hasta las 9:00 a. m., y finalmente nos dijeron que no era posible llevarlo y que el servicio de desayuno solo era hasta esa hora. Después de las 9, una señora nos llevó el desayuno, pero lo hizo de mala manera y con una actitud poco cordial. Este tipo de situaciones refleja desorganización, falta de claridad en la información y un mal servicio al cliente, lo cual afecta negativamente la experiencia del huésped."
