"Worst stay and worst people ever."

Very bad facilities. Rooms were dirty and smelly and staff were very rude.

During the check-out they will take the phone from you and review 5 star by themselves. Thats how they have 7 star reviews in booking.com. I caught them red handed doing that in my phone and they didn’t even say sorry. Additionally the room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs. Lock didn’t work. No exhaust fan. TV didn’t work. Lift keeps getting stuck and no one will help you take your luggage upstairs. Worst stay ever.
