I've been staying at the Sunbeam for several years now. It's a great place for the location ( a very short walk to the Lake and centre of Aghios Nikolaos) plus the rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very good value for money.

The only thing that was lacking was an electric kettle

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la pulizia, la terrazza.

Non mi è piaciuta la doccia sempre fredda alla mattina pur avendo più volte detto alla signora del problema. Il bagno molto piccolo è sprovvisto di phon. L'unica colazione proprio scadente

La chambre est joliment décorée, spacieuse et à un vrai petit extérieur. L'hôtel donne sur la rue des bars et restaurants mais est suffisamment en retrait pour que le bruit n occasionne pas de gêne.

L absence de stationnement réservé. Il est possible de se garer dans la rue mais vu lexoassage le soir cela n est pas très rassurant (surtout lorsque l'on a une voiture de prêt). On avait donc mis la voiture sur un parking privé payant.
