Our experience with this booking was extremely disappointing. We arranged for an early check-in at 3:30 PM through email, but when we arrived, the unit was completely uncleaned. Worse, we were sent the access code at 3:00 PM, only to walk into a dirty unit. When we brought this up, the responses were inconsistent—first, they said someone had stayed the night before and the unit needed to be cleaned, then later claimed it should have been cleaned yesterday. Clearly, there was a serious lack of organization. We had somewhere to be at 4 PM, which is why we arranged for early check-in. Instead, we were left waiting for a cleaning that should have already been done. Due to this, we had no choice but to leave and make other accommodations. This was a complete failure in communication and professionalism. If you’re considering booking here, be aware that check-in may not go as planned.

Back road to rear and parking lot wasn't maintained during my stay (I.e. cleared/salted/sanded).

The location was perfect for our family. Short driving distances to the Scenic Caves, Blue Mountain Village and nearby towns. Very quiet area and a short distance to the beach. Would recommend again for families visiting the area.

My daughter and I were so happy with our stay in this beautiful place. My daughter said that it didn't look like much from the outside, but boy, was it nice on the inside! It just looks like a little old motel from years ago... which I believe it was.... however, the room we stayed in was spacious, meticulously clean, and decorated with a beachy vacation feel. I even commented to my daughter on how clean and fresh all of the linens and towels smelt. No sound between the units as there are cement walls between them which gives the feeling of being on your own. Full kitchen with all the utensils. Comfortable big bed and a pull out couch with an extremely comfortable mattress. We both said we could live there permanently as it was like a tiny home. Short walk to a small beach that we could play fetch with our dog and sit to enjoy the sunsets. 10 minutes to Blue Mountain Village or Collingwood. We are already planning our future visits. The owners regularly sent text or email messages to ensure we were happy with everything and to make sure we knew where every thing was. We are so happy to have found this beautiful place.
