"Sinfonia em Conservatória"

A localização, numa distância certa do centro da cidade, a apenas 2 minutos de carro.

Só a título de contribuição: o aparelho de ar condicionado. Se necessária sua utilização, teríamos tido uma noite insone. Mas, isto não diminui a nota 9 que daria para a acomodação.
