Atendimento cordial, recepcionistas com boa vontade. Infraestrutura deixa a desejar. Hóspede precisa carregar sua própria bagagem na escada de acesso aos quartos (sem elevador).

Hotel não possui cozinha, ou seja, não há possibilidades de realizar refeições nas dependências do Hotel. Cheguei no início da noite e não tinha o que comer, me indicaram pedir ifood. No quarto só há uma tomada disponível para carregamento de celular ou uso de notebook e distante da cabeceira da cama, o que dificulta o trabalho e acesso ao celular principalmente durante a noite - ao realizar seu carregamento.
