Als ich ankam und einchecken wollte, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ich musste erst jemanden anrufen um den Türcode zu erfahren. Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass mir der Code schon im Vorfeld mitgeteilt wurde. Denn erstmal war ich irritiert als niemanden da war, weil laut App die CheckIn Zeit bis 20Uhr angegeben war. Als ich ankam um 18:30Uhr und niemand da war, fand ich das schon merkwürdig. Und die Telefonnummer die in der App angegeben ist, hat nicht funktioniert bzw. ist niemand dran gegangen.
