Hotel Mondial Comfort - Frankfurt City Centre

Location, spacious room, comfortable bed.

Towels are very very old and some smell quite bad. Host hardly reachable - only via chat. Better arrange details in advance. Small fridge in the room would be nice, especially in the summer season.

Il n’y a personne à la réception. Pas de petit déjeuner. Ascenseur en panne deux fois Le bacs à douche reste rempli d’eau car l’évacuation d’eau est bouché. L’équipement est ancien et pas entretenu. Je suis déçu de mon séjour suite à mon expérience avec l’hôtel

The location and the hotel itself is very nice. The bedroom is big enough with good facilities as well as the bathroom. It was easy to check in and out. Around 20 minutes from the main train station, which is really close.

The towels that we were provided with in the bathroom eventhoug they were clean they seamed to have some small stains on them which were quite evident since the towels are white.

Location

It took 10 minutes before I got warm water in the shower. Out of the faucet of the vanity came rusty colored water. The is no staff, so I could not even report the issue.

Clean spacious and quiet. Great location. There was everything necessary in the room including a kettle and some tea. Room curtains were excellent and it was dark in the room.
