The Mayfair Hotel

There was nothing to like about this place, stay clear.

This hotel did not specify about sharing toilet and bathroom until I got there, the floor is filthy and the lady I spoke to on the phone was nonchalant. I lost my money and had to make alternative arrangement for another accommodation same night. Who shares bathroom and toilet with strangers in the day and age, unless very dirty people or homeless individuals.

room was clean tidy, the toilet and shower were clean, noisy extractor fan, the tea and coffee were very good, and the price was great. I can't fault it for the price

The walls were very thin, an old place so not a lot of sound insulation, so if you are a light sleeper, not a place I would recommend. A dog-friendly hotel is fine, but when the dog next door barks at any noise,

U have Wellington Pier across the road U R about 15-20 minutes walk from town centre

Broken window in bedroom and the stairs where little bit dangerous no double lock on door dirty bed cover and pillow case on the green set carpet needs a bit of clean

Excellent value and fantastic location. Clean and nice

The location is very good, only 100 yards from the sea front and just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The building is very well maintained and the guests are very quiet. If you're coming to Great Yarmouth for a holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing to dislike.

I don’t prefer this hotel because they treat customers like a a**hole they didn’t have good customer service and in their room I saw some pet hair I told them with phone but they didn’t respond i was very disappointed I went with two children they were struggle to stay their and also in their sink have water leaking I told about it but they didn’t respond it there is not safety lock their so please don’t book your room with them totally they are bloody fu**ing idiots
