Sehr gute Lage und an sich schönes Gästehaus.

Sauberkeit war leider nicht gegeben, an den Gläsern waren noch Mundabdrücke zu sehen, es war sehr viel Stau überall und wir hatten noch Tote Insekten in den Schubladen

Great location, just across the street from the supermarket and the best and only hot dog stand in town. 1992 hot dog recommended. Rooms are big and spacious, as is the bathroom. Everything is clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Check-in was fuss-free and there was free parking on the premises, which was immensely helpful in terms of saving some costs. The room was amply spacious for my friend and me. Food places were also closely located; the hotel itself is right next to a supermarket. That came in very handy for us as we were doing a road trip around Iceland.

The hot water tap could have been a bit more consistent - it needed to be in a particular position before it would stabilise. We got that figured out, but it could have been smoother because the weather was cold.

Clean, safe, good location, comfortable and warm.

Worst guesthouse we experienced in Iceland (we traveled all the ring ). Property really dirty, not well maintained and humid, strange check-in (they leave the key inside the door and anybody could have access to the room before your arrival) We arrived in the evening ready to relax after a full day on the road but noticed that the bedsheets where full of small black hairs, called immediately the phone number to have those changed, came in a guy that could not speak any language except french! Anyway those were changed and finally clean but then started to look around and microwave and roaster unusable ( burned toaster and sprayed food into microwave )- in between the tiles in the shower was just orange from calc and dirt. The towels were super old (were changed as well without asking maybe just to make sure we would not leave a bad review). In the wardrobe were some home shoes left-over from previous overnighting people. Windows full of condensation and mold plus dust on top 😅. The common balcony is full of trash in the corner. The furniture in the kitchen broken. No worth the money.
