A pousada é muito boa, porém necessita de manutenção, especialmente no que se refere à limpeza dos banheiros e à substituição de itens danificados, como o ralo da pia. O interior do box também demanda uma limpeza mais detalhada, a fim de remover possíveis acúmulos de lodo.
