We had a wonderful stay and can fully confirm the positive feedback from other guests; everything felt perfect and comfortable. We were even given a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite, which provided great extra space, and the view was absolutely fantastic!

The Pools: We didn't try the main pool in front of the restaurant because it is located directly into the restaurant terrace. It felt a bit awkward to swim right under the eyes of guests eating. We used the other pool instead, which had an amazing view, but it felt more suited for kids with a depth of only 1.20m. Breakfast: There is no buffet, and the à la carte menu is quite limited. If you enjoy white bread, jam, and cakes, you might find it sufficient, but for a week-long stay, it became very repetitive and boring. For the price point, we expected more variety or a local touch. I would suggest booking without breakfast. It is much better to buy fresh, healthy items from the HiperDino supermarket and enjoy a relaxed breakfast on your own balcony with that incredible apartment view.

Tutto perfetto. In particolare Emanuele alla reception e veronica alla sala colazioni ci hanno davvero fatto sentire in famiglia. Ma devo dire tutti davvero molto affettuosi e disponibili. Vacanza bellissima per me e per la mia famiglia!

- Nice, big and brigth rooms with 2 TVs, top kitchen with great balcony and view - Nice garden and pool area

- Breakfast should be improved, lack of healthy option (no vegis at all), too less staff and hence too long waiting time for coffee or re-ordering was requird, buffet option should be increased with more local and healthy food

I found there are lots of little things that need improvement: 1/ transfer service does not pick up phone for 15 min; 2/ difficult to book a restaurant; 3/ no restocking of drinks in villa fridge; 4/ upstairs showers insufficient water pressure in villa; 5/ construction noises next to villa; 6/ Melvin is good but food in other restaurants is average (cold croquettes too long on the pass, steak overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other side, overcooked ribs in weird sweet sauce, mayonaise provided by waiter was already opened); 7/ at breakfast suddenly they could not find us anymore and wanted to make me pay for breakfast and then send me to reception to deal with the bill; 8/ several receptionists are great and helpful, but one person is totally incapable (she could not help us when we called ahead to ask where the reception is, as it is not well indicated to find)
