Ich werde hier nie wieder buchen! Das hotel wurde einfach überbucht, zum Glück hatte ich dort angerufen und konnte noch selbständig reagieren denn um ein Ersatzzimmer trotz buchungsbestätigung wurde sich seitens des Hotels nicht gekümmert.es kam nur die ausrede es würde an booking liegen und dann wurde behauptet das alle Buchungen in der gleichen Sekunde eingegangen sind (es gab laut Webseite aber 5 freie Zimmer ist also sehr sehr unwahrscheinlichdas dies der fall war ) nach der Stornierung gab es weiterhin ein freies Zimmer zu einem deutlich höheren preis .Miserabler gästeservice ! Nie nie wieder werde ich dort eine buchung tätigen .
