Room was clean and neat.

Staff were not prepared with providing the rooms. They kept asking "Has the room been cleaned?" and "We give them (us) room number x, instead of y" infront of us . This seemed unprofessional and messy and they seemed very unprepared. Gave a poor impression to us as a customer. Also, double check if you've made the payment in your bank statements. If payment did not go through, be prepared to make your payments at the hotel. (wasnt expecting this situation to happen, but luckily we were prepared).
