In generale il nostro soggiorno è stato buono. La vista dalla camera era bella, la posizione strategica e il centro facilmente raggiungibile, varietà di servizi offerti (piscina, spiaggia, spa).

Nonostante il buon andamento generale, alcuni servizi non rispecchiavano le cinque stelle. In particolare due: la pulizia delle camere (troppo approssimativa e veloce) e la cucina (nella media e ripetitiva, soprattutto per quanto riguarda verdure e dolci). Sicuramente da riconsiderare è l’assenza di aria condizionata negli ascensori e nei corridoi.

Toiletten außerhalb des Zimmers (Pool, Keller etc.) sind sehr unrein! Vom Abendbuffet/Mittagsbuffet waren wir sehr enttäuscht! Zusätzlich Thema glutenfrei: Vorab angefragt wegen glutenfreien Alternativen, beim Salatbuffet (gar nichts beschriftet) hat jeder Angestellte z.B. zu den Dressings andere Auskünfte gegeben- absolutes no go! Außer Obst keine glutenfreien Nachspeisen… Panorama Pool riecht sehr eigen/streng.

Die Lage. Am Steand. Es gab ein stein im wasser drin aber wenn man drüber schwimmt ist das wasser toll.

Es war nicht sehr sauber. Nucht für 5 Sterne Hotel. Das frühstück grosse Auswahl aber die schlechteste qualirät. Aus den kaffemaschine Automaten kam nur löschliche kaffee. Es hat geschmeckt aber billigste qualität. Die Automaten für den kaffe waren voll fingerabdrücke und sah ecklich aus. Die Brottheke schmutzig. In ein Glas mit Grissini waren spinennetz drin.

Výjimečný poměr výkon-cena. Jako „genius 3 úrovně“ na stránkách booking.com si dovolím říci, že vím o čem píši. Hotel s 5ti hvězdami mne ničem zvláštním nepřekvapil, až na... - velmi a velmi příjemný personál, který byl vždy ochoten splnit jakékoli přání klienta a to vždy s nepředstíraným úsměvem a vysokou profesionalitou. Ať už se to týkalo upgradu pokoje, dřívějšího check-in, objednávek kvalitního pití i jídla či úklidu pokojů. Zvláštní dík recepci a paní Anně. - příjemný pocit z elegance hotelu, kde 90 procent hostů tvořili Italové nižšího či středního věku, zbytek Češi, Britové, Holanďané. Absence našich východoevropských sousedů mi určitě nevadila. Ještě jednou .... proč ne a velmi rád. Exceptional price-performance ratio.
