If you book a superior room in the main building, hope the external audit team for the business discussing their daily findings is not in the room adjacent, which was separated by a very non soundproofed door. It was like they were in our room, could hear every word... Also remember to pre book a table in the Cedar restaurant. Because if you don't and you ask for a table when it is entirely empty of diners, the waiter goes and asks the chef, chef says no because we did not pre book and they had a large party arriving. You can have bar food though, apologies reception should have let you know, they did not. Who is to argue with the chef, however you don't want our money when the 200+ seats are all empty? The restaurant remained empty except for 2 diners who had likely pre booked, until about 8 when the party of some 20 people migrated from the bar to the restaurant. We ate 5 small plates of excellent food from the restricted bar menu, from the same chef's kitchen. At breakfast all non group diners were directed to the small tables setup directly next to the buffet and coffee facilities. Group diners got the window seats, go figure.  Staff, and food excellent. However we felt that conference delegate groups are more valued than single travellers and more thought should be given to dealing with exceptions since this is a centre promoting business excellence and unlocking value. Unless you are not part of a group booking.

Room fine, especially the bed. Breakfast very good. Lovely gardens. would stay there again.

Booked a room for two (wife and I) but only tea and coffee for one, one cup, had to call twice for additional and pieces.
