Clean, good location. Quality breakfast

The Breakfast was lovely. We had the full English and it was very good. Staff were super friendly. Good location and parking.

Convenient, clean, friendly staff.

Noisy air conditioner. Locks on doors not easy to operate. Paint on bath panel peeling off.

Good variety for breakfast including fresh fruit salad. Loved Leamington Spa lots of interesting shops to explore. The location worked well for us as we were off to a concert at the Coventry Arena. Would recommend getting to the station early as they only run 2 carriages.

Loved the location, staff were great, bathroom was a little tired..

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (mould around the bath and extractor held up by duct tape)

The room was very spacious with all of the amenities needed, plus plenty of tea, coffee, and cookies! Our breakfast the next morning was delicious with lots of choices, including "made to order" eggs, sausage, bacon and toast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, without being intrusive. The location was outstanding. It was an easy walk to excellent restaurants, downtown shops, park and mall. We couldn't have been better pleased.

We had absolutely no complaints. It was a great stay. The key, connected to a brass tag, was a little heavy, but we left it at the desk when we went out, so it wasn't a problem.
