Frühstück könnte etwas früher sein

A recepciós úriember kedvessége. Nagyon jó légkondi a szobában.

Becsapva éreztük magunkat.😡Érkezésünkkor szembesültünk azzal,hogy a szálloda parkolójában nincs parkoló hely számunkra,egy távoli parkolóban plusz 16 €/nap kaptunk parkolóhelyet.A Bookingon meg teljesen mást hírdetnek.A napágy bérlése is külön fizetős,ezt sem bíztosítja a szálloda.Magyarul lehúznak,becsapnak.A reggeli kritikán aluli,olcsó rossz minőségű termékek.A kávé az ihatatlan.A fürdőszoba az nagyon gáz,főleg a zuhanykabin,nem volt normálisan semmi kitakarítva.Ezért az árért Jesolóban sokkal jobb szállodák is vannak.Nem értem azokat az embereket akik erre az egészre 10 pontot adnak.

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questa struttura. Tutto il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile. Camera accogliente e pulita, bagno piccolino ma con tutti i servizi, non era presente il balcone, ma per un soggiorno breve ci si arrangia anche senza. Colazione buona e variegata.

The hotel was clean, pretty nice, but shower cabin very small

The receptionist in the evening (a blond lady) was very cold and basic into welcoming us, kinda like we were disturbing her. We went at the bar the same evening and kindly asked if they could give us 2 empty glasses for prosseco or wine, that we wanted to use for an hour in our room and bring back. The lady from the bar told us that is not possible, we understood and we were heading to the room...in that moment, the blond lady from the reception came and asked the lady at the bar about our request in italian without knowing I actually speak italian. So before we even left, she said "Cosa? Ma daiii..." and they both started laughing loud behind us. It was ugly, unprofessional and rude. Just a bad attitude towards us the whole stay. The lady welcoming us at breakfast and the cleaners were super nice and friendly. Honestly, we will not book nor recomand this hotel because I wouldn t want to see this receptionist again and I don t want any of my friends to get this type of treatment while on vacation.

Einfache aber saubere Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Toll fand ich das man Fahrräder kostenfrei anmieten kann. Das Hotel liegt zwischen 20:00 Uhr und 06:00 Uhr in der Fußgängerzone und da kommt man mit dem Fahrrad am besten und schnellsten überall hin. Alles in allem - uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Es ist eine schöner Aufenthaltsort, sauber, freundlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert für Familien und auch für Singles..Wir kommen gerne wieder. ❤️
