Staff super kind and friendly. They could handle 9 adults and 5 kids (among them infants) better than I would've had I been in their place. (This review is done from the same account for the whole group). Resort is homey and you do not get this view anywhere in Romania. 1000/10 will come back.

Amazing location. Hot tub, sauna, really comfortable. Even when it's bad weather outside you feel like you're at your home in the mountains.

"Only worth as a pitstop in a long journey, isn't worth a full vacation"

The staff was alright

The heating system was turned off daily, and we had to ask them daily to turn it on, otherwise we would freeze. Plus, the rooms were not that renovate, there were a lot of imperfections in the furniture and facilities
