Really friendly staff, couldn’t do more to help. Good location, nice pool and spa pool.

Dated, stiflingly hot rooms. All meals are buffet and a little uninspiring.

"A very nice place to stay all year round."

A nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Small, but very nice wellness facilities. The breakfast and the dinner is tasty, the restaurant is well lit, spacious. The hotel is in a good location, in overall clean and cozy. There is a small bar and a room for social activities (eg table games) Check in/check out was fast and straightforward.

The room could be a bit bigger and the ventilation of the bathroom could be improved, Dining times could be a bit longer. Selection of drinks could be wider. In winter time the hotel is a bit overheated and heating cannot be properly regulated in the rooms. The ski lift is too far on foot (uphill) - 2 minutes with car. But none of these are critical. WiFi coverage is very week, this could well be improved. I would still recommend the hotel to anyone.
