Die Lage ist top. Direkt am Tollensesee, mitten im Stadtpark. Schön ruhig und trotzdem mitten drin. Die Wege in die Altstadt sind wunderschön. Bootsanleger und Stände sind gleich erreicht. Es ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren.
