Comment est-ce possible ? Je n'ai jamais rien vu de pareil ! Le téléphone d'urgence a sonné dans la réception vide. J'espère que vous m'avez remboursé la somme payée via Booking.com. J'ai passé la nuit dans ma voiture à cause de vous. J'ai contacté Booking.com, mais ils ne m'ont pas aidé non plus !

Le calme malgré la grande route toute proche.

J'avais souhaité avoir une chambre à côté de celle de mon fils, or non, en arrivant on a constaté que non. Pourquoi? Il n'y avait pourtant pas tant de monde, et en plus celle à côté de la sienne était vide et communiquait avec une autre...heureusement fermée à clef...Impossible de changer de chambre, car l'accueil était fermé. Très dommage. Pas de bouilloire, ni même de gel douche... Très étrange et inhabituel même dans les hôtels sans étoile.
