Hotel Heyday

The security personnel and waiter was so helpful and polite. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was free.

The room was cleaned using master card without informing us.

Connectivity

The location, constructed facilities, are ok. The room is comfortable; A/c was working well.

The room service is very pathetic; even the intercom for room service is not working; The staff are not professionally up to mark. The response are slow, you will get something ordered after a long time. The complementary breakfast is a mere joke. The breakfast was served after 30 minutes of our entry to restaurant at 9:15 AM, ie by 9:45AM. That too was warmed 'readymade' chappathy and egg roast which was the only item available there and served without asking for our choice. We felt the complementary breakfast as a "food for beggar" from the dealings of the staff. The instant water heater in the bathroom is not working well; we got only warm water, not hot water. There was a foul smell in the corridor in the morning for a long time.
