Great location

Need to be more clean

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Some areas were not clean. Tge room we were shown gad dirty carpet and smelt if mould. The room was really small, and the bed was up against a wall.

El hotel es un viaje 40 años atrás, las instalaciones parecen ser las de origen, pero a la vez le da un toque nostalgico al hotel.

This hotel location is very effective for all travellers.

Pool was okay for the kids, location is good. Lots of parking space.

Lift was shaking, no bottled water in room, TV was ancient (room108), breakfast was okay but limited choices and no pictures, lighting non sufficient in the lobby, early morning repair works disturbance. Can smell someone smoking in the dine area which should be forbidden. Pool toilets needed an update and light.

15min walking to the water front and city center. Confortable rooms Very nice staff

I would suggest to give some free water bottles

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal encantador. El hotel no es muy moderno, pero está muy bien y tiene su encanto además, la piscina es muy necesaria en los calorosos días de Bandar Seri Begawan. Reservamos 3 noches y nos quedamos una más. Volvería sin duda

Bien ubicado, cerca de la terminal de bus, museos y muelle. La piscina es un buen lugar de descanso, personal muy amable

Necesita una reforma pero en general estuvimos muy bien
