Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza. In generale è un buona buona soluzione a Sant'Arcangelo

Mancanza di insonorizzazione della stanza. Colpa anche degli altri ospiti dell'hotel che chiacchieravano liberamente in corridoio alle 10 di sera

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e la struttura è ben pulita. Il letto e i cuscini comodi, la camera spaziosa, il bagno pulito e di dimensioni adeguate. La colazione non ricchissima ma con prodotti di buona qualità (quando ci siamo stati noi era disponibile solo quella dolce, al costo di 5€ a persona). Comodissimo il parcheggio. Nelle vicinanze servizi utili, quali farmacie, supermercati eccetera.

Le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate e si sentono tutti i rumori dei "vicini", cosa gestibile fin quando non vi capitano persone estremamente maleducate (come purtroppo è capitato a noi). Mi rendo conto che l'educazione non dipende dal personale della struttura, ma magari sul lungo tempo sarebbe opportuno pensare di gestire il problema dell' insonorizzazione.

Il comfort (materasso scadente è cuscini troppo alti) rifiniture e, soprattutto, rumorosità delle persone (svegliati la mattina da un rumoroso e prolungato chiacchiericcio dai locali della reception
