The staff were excellent. Very friendly. And the beach is lovely.

For us, we felt this wasn't a 4 star hotel, due the the quality of the food and the positioning of our room. The evening meals were good, but the breakfast was average and not what we expected or had elsewhere during our stay in Mauritius for the amount we paid per night. And the water sport options were very poor. 1 kayak, 1 double kayak and 1 SUP, all very, very old. While our room was nice, and a good size, we had the room 1, right by a busy road and no view. Again, for the price we paid at other hotels, we could see the water.

Unser Mauritius-Abenteuer begann im Constance Sakoa Boutique Hotel – und besser hätten wir es uns kaum vorstellen können. Das kleine Boutique-Hotel liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand von Trou aux Biches und überzeugt mit einer familiären, persönlichen Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen haben uns die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, das aufmerksame Personal und die entspannte Stimmung. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie eine Zimmernummer, sondern als willkommener Gast. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft und die Sonnenuntergänge gehören zu den schönsten, die wir auf Mauritius erlebt haben. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer sehr gepflegt und die gesamte Anlage überschaubar, ruhig und stilvoll. Gerade im Vergleich zu grossen Resorts haben wir die persönliche Betreuung sehr geschätzt. Für uns war es der perfekte Start in unsere Mauritius-Reise und ein Hotel, in das wir jederzeit zurückkehren würden.

Un séjour absolument merveilleux ! Nous avons adoré le cadre intimiste en lodges, la plage, la décoration de la chambre avec balcon vue jardin, ainsi que le personnel, toujours adorable et attentionné. Petit-déjeuner face à la piscine, massages en couple sur la plage avec Pretty et Daphné : des moments inoubliables ! Et surtout, un immense bravo au chef : les repas étaient tout simplement divins, entre barbecue sur la plage et soirée mauricienne pleine de saveurs. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces magnifiques vacances… nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Quelques petits points d’amélioration à noter : Nous aurions personnellement préféré un matelas un peu plus ferme, même si la taille était parfaite. Un ventilateur sur le balcon serait également appréciable pour profiter pleinement de cet espace. Enfin, nous avons été parfois gênés par certains clients fumeurs, notamment côté restaurant et sur la plage. La présence de mégots dans le sable, malgré les cendriers à disposition, est regrettable!
