Très bel hôtel les pieds dans l’eau. Restaurant au top. Un grand merci à tous le personnel qui a été au petit soin durant tout notre séjour.

Nous avons séjourné 12 nuits à l’hôtel Constance Sakoa Boutik avec mon mari et notre petite fille, nous repartons émerveillés et des souvenirs pleins la tête grâce à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel ! Du voiturier, à la cuisine en passant par l’accueil, le service et l’entretien, tout était parfait, l’intégralité du personnel est aux petits soins et d’une sympathie incroyable. Les enfants sont vraiment les bienvenus dans cet établissement et cela est un très gros plus en tant que parents ! Nous avons apprécié et été touchés par les nombreuses attentions faites à notre égard et vous en remercions vivement pour ça ! L’hôtel est idéalement placé, les pieds dans l’eau, très bien entretenu avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec du rangement et décorées avec goûts. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 2000% ! Nous avons vécu une expérience extraordinaire et hors du temps, que nous n’oublierons jamais et ça, grâce à vous, merci mille fois, merci pour Zoé !

If I was being really picky I would say the separate toilet area which had no sink and was in need of some updating

Location and scale only 14 rooms. Small boutique feel and nice garden setting on the beach.

This was our “let’s stay somewhere exceptional” at the end of a 4 week holiday, and it was the worst hotel experience for the money. The hotel itself is lovely and being small & boutique in a beautiful garden setting and right on the beach, was the main draw. We stayed three nights at the end of a total 10 days in Mauritius. But two nights we were met with Cockroaches in Ensuite and bedroom inc. broken glass on the floor behind the bed. Cocktails were often inconsistent, but generally ok. Breakfast was pretty poor, especially from the cooked selection. We ordered eggs Benedict with sauce on the side which consisted of an egg yolk sauce - no Hollandaise sauce. A better chef breakfast is definitely required. One menu choice ‘bruschetta’ with avocado, was not bruschetta but a slice of bread. Generally food was quite bland. The pastries were not great either. Didn’t taste homemade or fresh. We have had some amazing breakfasts during our trip across South Africa and Mauritius, which have been much simpler, fresher and overall better quality IMO. Another annoying aspect was the music (at breakfast worse), which was too loud, very bland, monotonous and elevator-like - it could be a lot cooler, whilst still keeping it neutral. Again, my opinion. Staff were very attentive on arrival, but this quickly slipped into lack of acknowledgement when service was needed. I suggest they visit the lounges on the beach to see if people need drinks, as we always had to get up and walk to the bar, order, then chase them up. The hotel is missing a revenue stream here. Our main issue is the cost p/night versus the experience received - they are not aligned. All the components to make it awesome are there, but the level of care and attention to detail felt lacking.
