Limpeza e educação dos funcionários

Acredito que os funcionários são instruídos pela direção do hotel para o hóspede fazer o cancelamento da reserva para pagar diretamente ao hotel. Ao chegar para me hospedar a funcionária insistiu que minha reserva não estava confirmada, quando questionei e mostrei o papel impresso ela ligou para a direção e logo depois aceitou minha reserva. Tomem cuidado com essas abordagens. Fora isso tudo certo
