Really good hotel in a great location - our room was so nice with a balcony and one of the comfiest hotel beds I think I’ve ever slept in.

Gorgeous communal areas but rooms were too much, Tony bathrooms , fresh towels arrived too late at night, staff speak no English and are not trained to deal with requests, food awful.

Hicimos la reserva con muy poco tiempo de antelación y no pudimos tener más suerte. Cruzas sus puertas y dejas atrás el bullicio de la calle para entrar en un lugar donde se respira calma y buen hacer. Limpieza, excelente atención al cliente por parte de todos los trabajadores, buen desayuno y el lujo de poder darte un baño en la piscina después de un caluroso día por Cartagena.

This hotel was by far the best one we have stayed at in Colombia. It’s completely worth the money. The rooms are super comfortable, so are the beds, and the best thing is that they are smartly built and well isolated. You don’t hear any noise inside and they don’t heat up that quickly. The hotel staff were super helpful, they even received a parcel for me. There was not a single thing that we didn’t like.

Zimmer ohne Fenster nach aussen, vielleicht deswegen auch ruhiger. Kleinigkeit: das Wasser zum Frühstück musste man selbst aufzahlen. Sollte bei diesem guten Frühstück inkludiert sein.

This hotel was a tranquil oasis in amongst the liveliness of Cartagena. The location is OUTSTANDING, the hotel beautiful, the staff helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet and the beds very comfortable. The electric black out curtains were a nice touch, as was the choice between fan or AC. The turn down service that left a new sweet treat each evening was a delight.

There is nothing to dislike about this property, but a few small improvements would make this hotel perfect - a deadbolt or internal locking mechanism. The doors lock automatically and while the hotel is exceptionally safe, for a female solo traveller it just provides peace of mind to be able to physically lock the door at night. - the water didn’t get scorching hot. It gets hot enough, but a bit hotter would be ideal - breakfast is a bit confusing because there is a full menu but the complimentary menu is separate (fruit and pasties).
