"Great staff, good deal, but hard to sleep with random noises"

Staff were wonderful! Even stayed up late for an after hours checkin when our flight was delayed. AC fantastic.

There was a cat in heat scratching under our door and ramming it one night. The neighbors are loud. Wifi was fine for us but not super good.

It is a good location very close to the beach. The hosts (Luis and Margarita) were nice, helpful, and kind. Luis is very responsive and resolves any unforeseen issues. The staff of the hotel is very kind and friendly.

"not a bad stay, just the owner has a fake personality who doesn’t treat her guest with respect"

the manager sitting at the desk has a double faces personality which I didn’t like, she smiles but as soon as she turns around she is disliking you. She feels superior or smarter than anyone else. I asked for hair dryer, she acted like it was so out of this world asking for one lol, grew up and be respectful to your guests!
