"Friendly hotel with great staff"

From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the shuttle drivers, everyone at this hotel is so warm and friendly and really try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna as well. Dinners at the restaurant are very efficient, with a generous buffet of starters and salads followed by 3 courses that always have a meat, fish, and vegetarian option. The shuttle service to the gondolas was always very speedy, and the drivers are so nice. Don't miss the paintings that illustrate an epic saga from the local Ladin people.

Large space rooms. Lots of places to sit and have a drink on the ground floor. Hotel transport always available to bring you to the nearby ski lifts. Food was very good!

Wellness area gets a bit crowded.

Everything was very clean and comfortable! The beds where extremely comfortable as well as the pillows, which is always a gamble.

There wasn’t anything I disliked.
