The staff is very friendly.

The mattresses were completely deformed — it felt like sleeping on a hill. I ache all over. There’s no breakfast provided, and unfortunately in this town before 9:00 there isn’t anywhere to get one.

Great location, clean and well kept rooms and the lady on reception was fantastic, really lovely.

The noise from other rooms, just internal walls separating, so you could hear other guests talking etc. WiFi wasn’t great.

"We’d booked for 2 nights but left after 1."

No breakfast.

Location on a main road so noisy. Presentation - when we first saw the hotel we couldn’t believe we’d booked it. The place looked very down market. Didn’t really see staff especially in the morning.
