Room is dirty. Bed sheet ,towels are so dirty.

Excellent service of all staff .near by Pashuptinath temple . I choose this hotel for near by pashupati nath temple and pure veg hotel .love the delicious food .

It s best hotel in Kathmandu near tripuvan airport can walk to hotel . Nearest pashupatinath temple. Wifi internet fast enough for watch movie television Samsung it's best . Its easy to stay and comfortable . Thank for every thing. I will come back again and again

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel from Shiva Shankar Hotel. I was particularly impressed with all the staff .The hotel's beautiful lobby, the helpfulness of the concierge, the delicious food at the restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The staff has helped me a lot. Thanks to the Manager Mr Projwal. Who has maintained the decorum of hotel and staff... It was wonderful to stay.. fully positive vibes

The location was excellent And the staff was just amazing. Tea was the best And just 200m away from Pashupatinath Mandir.

Nothing as such Little more cleaning is required It looks a little dark They should paint it in light colours to look it brighter.
