Well kept. In room dining available. Owner is very diligent making sure your stay is the best possible. He was helpful in setting up tours etc. he even personally helped me get cash from a ATM on a holiday. Saved my trip!

Very bad location. All the reviews are fake. The photos are also fake. The Property is extremely low grade and doesn’t deserve to be even listed in Booking.com.

"Hotel with Dal lake view"

It's a small hotel located opposite side Dal Lake ghat no. 1, basic facilities available in the room e.g. Room heater, dryer, Geyser, clean towel, Toiletries , tea kettle, electric mattress, but TV available in Executive rooms only, good behaviour and the hospitality of Mr Sameer owner of the property, he provides Taxi and Shikara at a very genuine rate, Public conveyance/ connectivity 500mtr from hotel where we catch the Auto etc.

The owner of the property's behaviour is very nice.He tried to provide everything you needed in the room.

5-10 minutes walk from the main road or by boat from Ghat no 1.There was no restaurant for breakfast or dinner inside the property.
