Do not fall for the pictures! Everything was dirty and run down, it’s a shame! Couldn’t even get a hair dryer as advertised… and forget about massage and spa services. Pool is milke, tiles are falling off the walls. Windows haven’t been cleaned in a while. Rooms and closets/ cabinets full of spider webs, didn’t unpack our luggage. However, view is gorgeous and staff was extremely friendly.

The location is fine… mountain type of experience but you are miles away from restaurants or stores so dependent upon facility to provide whatever you want

They charged for an extra bed in the room. I paid CASH supposedly to “save money” I was asked by my guest to bring her sister along. BUT, an extra $30 for the next night was also asked for and I paid up front. This was not returned to me the next day when I checked out even though they said they would return it to my bank account. We left a day early -

The only thing we liked about the place was the view and the manager. Bernie was awesome, he gave us some great ideas of places to see and areas to travel to. We had the opportunity to meet his beautiful family at breakfast.

The hotel is old and not very well kept up. The pool is in need of repair. The chairs on our patio were ripped and old. the second night we were the only guests in the hotel. The manager was not there and the lobby was locked up. It was pretty nerve racking to be staying in a hotel with no one else there. I'm not sure what we would have done had in case of an emergency. The pictures online far exceed the actual look of the property.

The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly

Almost nobody else was there and it was really awkward to have the cook wait to see if we were going to eat there. Sometimes we preferred to eat somewhere else but we were told the cook waited all day to cook dinner just for us. Awkward! Also it was strange to be the only people there We left a day early.
