Singular Joy Vacation Rentals

Me gustó por que está a muy buena distancia de todo. La terraza del techo tiene una vista espectacular al mar. La atención al cliente espectacular. Un lugar muy asegurado.

La struttura si presenta vecchia, sporca e con camere decisamente anguste. Al Check-in il ragazzo in reception nn ci ha spiegato nulla dell struttura, nemmeno come accedere alla stanza dato che serviva un codice e non c’era la chiave dentro la busta che ci ha consegnato. La reception è h24 ma per entrare è obbligatorio registrare l’impronta digitale, che ovviamente non funzionava. Una volta arrivati in stanza, abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi appallottolati e altri sistemati ma macchiati. Il letto era rifatto al contrario con i bottoni per il piumino che stavano nella parte alta del letto invece che ai piedi. La finestra era rotta e dava su un cubicolo interno davvero angusto. La stanza era piccolissima, vecchia e con amenities inesistenti. Davvero sconsigliato.

The location was fantastic - right in the middle of the "action". There's an abundance of restaurants, cafes, activities, and dance clubs within short walking distance. The bus station is also only several blocks away, though it's a bit of an exercise in the heat. The building staff and cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

This apartment was very poorly maintained. The window was broken (open), so there were a few mosquitoes that greeted us upon arrival. There was a hole in the drywall, which was a bit odd. The blankets and towels had stains on them, and one of the pillows had a very bad mildew smell. Also, the light fixture in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling and someone's "big-toe" nail clipping (yes, you read that right) was sitting on one of the desk stools, which was pretty disgusting. However, the most irritating and disruptive issue was that the electronic door lock kept alerting us of a low battery (loudly) all night long. We contacted the owner about it, who claimed it was fixed several times, but it wasn't. With impeccable timing, right before checkout when we were in a hurry, the batteries finally died and the lock wouldn't let us in the apartment. We had to get the front desk to open it in a hurry, but they said they couldn't since they don't have access to the apartments. Fortunately, the cleaning service was close-by (and very kind) so she could open the door with a special physical key.

La piscine est splendide et tres agréable avec une vue super. la chambre est tout confort la literie super et toute la chambre etait tres jolie. L'hotel est tres agréable. A littéralement 3 min de la Quinta Avenida et environ 10 min a pied de la gare routière ADO.

La vue malheureusement il y a un énorme immeuble en construction juste devant alors le bruit, la poussière et les ouvriers qui ont vue sur la piscine la journée mais cela ne durera pas...
