The room was great! It was large enough, clean, and I used the stove to cook. The pool was also great! It was clean and included everything we needed with also a jacuzzi part with warm water.

As this is not a hotel, if I want to ask for something (a baby crib, for instance) I cannot just go to the reception. I need to ask the owner of the room via the booking platform. Some of the reception staff don't know English so well, but we could manage.

The atmosphere was lovely, the roof top and the architecture was gorgeous. Very minimalist but cozy.

Can use a blender for the room to make drinks. Also, needs kitchen towels to dry dishes after they are washed.

The owner was super kind & caring, the cleaner was so cute. big rooms ,In each room there was wifi. Everything we ask for: message/taxi/beach club/attraction he helped us

The location was amazing.

The ac did not work. The room stayed at about 80 degrees despite telling the front desk staff twice. The was basically no water pressure in the shower.

The location is perfect. Very close to 5th Avenue. It is good for a couple willing to spend the whole day out and only come back home to shower and sleep, as the place is very small. Staff at reception are very friendly.

The window in the room doesn't close properly. It can get a bit noisy at night. Also, the water pressure in shower was low. And the mattress needs a change. The confort was not met

The unit was clean. The rooftop is great. It's fairly spacious, has a bar with light snacks and a pool. View to the Gulf and over the coast is beautiful.

The music from the night club, Mandala, down the street was unbelievably loud. I read about others complaining of the music but never imagined that it could be so incredibly loud. We ended up putting the fan in the microwave on to create white noise to help us sleep...and I'm not a fan of white noise. Secondly, the ducted fan and air stopped working. Told the receptionist about it but it was after hours. No one is on site to do anything about it. The receptionist said because it's a condo they don't have someone. They could try to get someone to look at it tomorrow she said. It's a fairly large complex so I imagine the short term rental units are primarily the ones closest to the nightclub. We would never stay here again.

The room decor is very nice. Liked that the kitchen was decked with proper items. The bathroom was a good size as well. Location was amazing!

The vent were disgusting, had so much dust I felt uncomfortable. The room we got was damaged by the previous people staying. Sink in second bathroom was cracked, the door lock was ripped off…..the noise is also really bad at night from the clubs. The rooms are also somewhat small, my suitcase had to lay on the floor and was in the way constantly because there wasn’t much walking room.
