The cleaning at the end of the stay is included except for the kitchen and the dishes. For stays from 4 nights and above, bed linen, towels and the cleaning at the end of the stay are not included. but they could be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole. Pets are allowed (1 max/room) with a supplementary fee (12€/stay and 65€/week). this fee can be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole. For group reservations (from 5 rooms) specific group conditions apply, prepayment of the total amount and cancellation possible until 42 days before the arrival. Please contact us. An identity proof with photo and a credit card would be request for the registration. A bank imprint of 300€ is requested at the arrival for the damage deposit and left after the stay. It is conditioned to a property left in good condition (inventory of fixtures as described)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
