Location and staff interactions were good. Curb appeal was good but can use tiding up.

Check in was very late and confusing. The late part was due to late flights in not the hotel's issue

Very polite and nice staff, they were trying to help with our problems.

We booked the most expensive apartment in this hotel, but there were quite few problems over there. First of all and the most disappointing that there was no hot water, and we had to shower in different rooms all the times after all day of hiking. Then there was this bad smell coming from the toilet which spread all over the apartment, and finally the curtains didn’t work properly in the main bedroom and we had to sleep with all the light coming from the street, and there was a lot of it. So it’s not worth its money, the apartment is nice but needs updates. It’s disappointing that we paid three times more for the apartment comparing to other places, and couldn’t get the basics. all the personnel was very nice and helpful though.
