Agostini Hotel

The property offers a good selection of basic breakfast items. They also provide scrambled eggs on request for breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily and soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided. Clean towels are also provided daily. The best thing about this property were the staff. Even if something was not in the room such as a kettle or hairdryer they would do their best to accommodate including provided hot water and lemon when I felt under the weather, forks when we had take out and a hairdryer from reception. The location is also pretty good. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was hot and powerful.

It is a little bit outdated in terms of decoration and could do with modernising. Don’t expect aesthetically pleasing rooms or lobby. Despite this they are very clean and comfortable.

Okay for a 1 night stay , basic value for money

Wi Fi

The wifi was really nice in a lobby as well as in a room

Staffs cannot speak English but also not willing to speak English or communicate with us. We always had to use a translator as they just keep saying to us with their own languages. We asked them to call a taxi and small breafast the day before check-out, for the next day, as our bus was early in the morning. And she said yes, but turned out they didn’t communicate, so we had to ask for a taxi again and couldn’t have any breakfast. Seems they don’t communicate each other well.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room.Delicious breakfast which we could have at 5.30am when taking an early excursion. In the center of Puerto Natales so close to restaurants , tour agencies , car rental and about 12 minutes walk from the bus terminus. Good WiFi connection. Hot water all the time we were there and heating which we could adjust to our liking. Reasonably priced. We loved this hotel and would definitely choose it if we come back to Puerto Natales

We liked everything. Only small problem I had was there was no hairdryer in the room. We did not check if this could be lent from reception. No kettle either.

Good price and nice location. Breakfast was okay (scramble egg, ham, cheese, juice, coffee, and bakery). Staff was nice and accommodating.

It's pretty strange that the water pressure was so low in the shower box, but the other area was good. Tip: ask to stay in the new area for more pleasant but the tradeoff is no Wi-Fi in that area.

Comfortable, clean room. Great breakfast, omlette, a few types of cereal, cheese, cold cuts, pastry, fruit desert, yogurt.

It would be great to have a hairdryer in the room. No WiFi in the room, only in the lobby. Limited parking in the back of the hotel, very tight.
