Our stay at Rajputana Heritage Hotel in Sawai Madhopur was nothing short of wonderful, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we checked in, everything felt absolutely seamless. The rooms were immaculate — clean, comfortable, and full of that royal Rajputana charm. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with flavors that truly reflected the richness of the region. But what truly made our stay memorable was Mr. Vishnu. He was present at every turn — anticipating our needs, answering every query with a smile, and going out of his way to make us feel at home. His warmth and hospitality are a true reflection of the hotel's spirit. Amazing hotel with amazing people! Camera man & women friendly hotel😁 It was my first time in India and my host Vishnu care of me for everything I need. From get a Taxi in the middle of the night to help with booking safari in the Ranthambhore tiger reserve park (a last minute booking). The hotel have a great restaurant with very good local food. More services like private tours, room service and laundry are also available. The room are very comfortable and having facilities like free WIFI,hot shower, a lot of storage space and plenty of electricity charging point. In conclusion the staying was 10/10 with decent price and warm hospitality.

Nothing - everything was perfect

Customer service was 10, Vishnu and his team were very helpful, with booking our safari which was last minute, and a tour to the Fort and organizing a cng to the station, as well as pick up from the station. Hotel was located off the main road, which was great for sleeping Bed was very comfortable Kettle in the Room with tea and Coffee Modern bathroom, with separate shower The food was so Tasty, the chef cooked from scratch. He adjusted the spice level to suit usButter chicken an Rajasthan Chicken. We went for the morning game drive, the staff escorted us to our booked vehicle. The restaurant provided us breakfast upon our return,which was omelette, with toast, jelly, chapatti,bananas juice and coffee,

Amazing service! Excellent food. Service is great. Vishnu is a very friendly person. Great find in the area.

The location was close to the park. But in general the entire settlement is not a good or walkable.

Lovely family run hotel. The room was a good size, was clean. Kettle in room is great. Safe environment. Nice rooftop restaurant. The owner was particularly welcoming and did everthing he could to make our stay was great. He really looked after us and saw him doing the same for others. I would highly recommend. He went over and above the norm in our view. The rooms look better than in the photos on the website. The view from the bedroom looks onto a lane, so not scenic. View from the rooftop restaurant was good.

Clean property, good food. Excellent staff. I can’t speak highly enough of the owner Vishnu, the best service I’ve ever had. He helped book safaris so if you come there is no need to book in advance at inflated prices.

Our room on second floor was spacious with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. Mr Vishnu and staff was very helpful, and since mr Vishnu have good contact with the park staff he could help us with practical things around our safari booking. The food was also good. We will absolutely stay here again if we want to do another tiger safari.
