Ottimi servizi e camera molto pulita. Inoltre lo staff eccellente!!!

Più che non piaciuto il fatto che la camera non avesse un armadio per riporre i vestiti per me non é pratico

Unbelievably hospitable, attentive and professional staff. The spa premises were amazing and the hotel had a very warm, clean and cozy atmosphere. The hotel restaurant served amazingly large portions of delicious meals and the breakfast was truly top notch. At the bar, the bartender Alex was a very helpful and courteous gentleman.

Our room was cold by the morning, the radiator had gone cold, but it might be due to us trying to turn it hotter but we might've turned it off. We tried to adjust it to get just a bit more warmth as the floors were cold. This was likely because the hotel was open for the first day of the season and the structures were likely cold after a longer period of non-heating.

Petit déjeuner décevant peu varié par rapport au prix très élevé. Personnel peu sympathique et non serviable. Et qui fait semblant de ne pas comprendre ce que l'on demande. Confort: Matelas mousse de piètre qualité , incurvés au milieu. Le bruit : La chambre donnait sur un chantier de construction ou les travaux ont commencé à 7 heures du matin. Le prix : en dernière minute j'ai rajouté mon épouse sur la chambre double que j'avais réservée en utilisation pour moi seul au départ. Ils m'ont facturé un supplément équivalent à 100 € alors que la différence de prix entre single et double était affichée à 25 CHF lors de la réservation initiale. Des arnaqueurs qui en outre font comme s'ils ne comprenaient pas nos doléances, expliquant qu'aucun membre du personnel ne parle français. Inadmissible pour un établissement affichant de tels prix et revendiquant ce niveau de standing. Choisissez sans hésiter l'Hôtel Bellevue à San Bernardino, juste à côté, bien plus accueillant et plus abordable pour y avoir déjà séjourné en septembre 2024 mais malheureusement complet ce 24 juin.

Praktisch gelegen für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise, ansprechend und sauber

Leider zu wenig verfügbare Parkplätze und ein Frühstück, das mangels Angebot und Qualität unverschämt teuer ist. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.
