Yellowstone Motel - Adults Only - All rooms have kitchens

Location, comfort, everything was great although a bit cramped for 4 people, yet manageable.

Our flight to SLC got delayed which put us in a situation where we would be missing the check-in time. We contacted the host and were surprised to see that they were not flexible. We asked them if they could make an exception. They ended up replying positively, yet way too late. By the time we got the answer (it took them 24h), we had already rearranged our trip. So we only spent one night there but paid for 2 nights, did not get refunded and lost $250 due to a miscommunication that could have been avoided.

Great location. Management was nice and responded quickly but didn’t resolve my issue.

We stayed in the townhouse and one of our guested used the upstairs bathroom to only have water leaking on us while we were sitting on the couch downstairs! We immediately called the property management and they came right away but apparently there was a problem previously and they thought they had fixed it only to find out it was not fixed. My real problem was that we paid more to stay in a place with 2 bathrooms of which we were basically unable to use both bathrooms. I asked for a discount and was told they couldn’t do that….which again was a little disappointing considering we paid more for the use of 2 bathrooms.

It was supposed at how comfortable the room had, the wife couldn’t quit smiling!

No breakfast offered. Room had kitchen so you could make your own breakfast with food you brought.

It was all good. Parking a little tight if you want to be parked by your door.

Very comfortable. Everything you could need perfect place for a getaway
