Érdekes az egész dohányraktár-épületegyüttes, az eredeti faszerkezet lehetőség szerinti bemutatása, nagyon szép volt a belső kert gondozott zöld növényzete. Megkezdődött a folyó felőli részek beültetése és elérhetővé tétele.

A közösségi terek kerámia burkolatai az én ízlésem szerint túl díszesek, az egyszerűbb elegánsabb lehetne. De a szoba jó.
