Hotel Heidetraum

Værtsparret på hotellet var imødekommende, venlige og gav og gode ideer og tips under vores ophold. Hotelværelset var dejligt stort, rent og pænt. Hotellet lå i rolige omgivelser, kun 300 - 500 meter fra byens centrum. Vi kommer igen, når vi skal se noget mere af Luneburger Heide. Mvh Gundi og Bo

Our stay at Hotel Heidetraum was truly unforgettable!! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for! This is not a big and impersonal chain hotel, it’s a place where hospitality feels sincere and personal. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us maps, recommendations, and local knowledge we never would have found ourselves. I especially appreciated the fascinating information she shared about the local churches and history! We were in town to attend a wedding so we didn’t have time to see everything, which gives us a great reason to return 🥹 The service was very good. They kindly helped us with transportation to the wedding venue, picked up our friend who arrived a day later and even drove us to the train station when it was raining heavily. These thoughtful gestures meant so much! The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and full of character. It may not be the most modern hotel, but that is part of its charm! Every evening, we found little candies outside our door with a good-night greeting. It’s a small detail that was really sweet and made the place feel incredibly welcoming. Breakfast was also wonderful, with plenty of fresh options. When I mentioned I liked scrambled eggs, they prepared them fresh for me and after learning that I don’t drink cow’s milk, oat milk was waiting for me the next morning. That level of attention is rare and it made me really happy! 🙏🏻 What stood out most was the genuine kindness behind everything. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was obvious how much they care about their guests! We have stayed in many hotels, but very few leave such a lasting impression. Hotel Heidetraum is one of those rare places you remember long after leaving. Again, thank you for your kindness and wonderful hospitality, we hope to return one day!

Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und viel . Fam. Kouhl sind sehr freundlich und erfüllten alle Wünsche die wir hatten. Auch bei Fragen zu Ausflugsziehlen bekammen wir sofort sehr gute Auskunft, zum Teil gleich mit Infofleyer.

Wir hatten keinen Grund zu meckern. Familie Kouhl tut alles dafür das es Ihnen gefällt.

Die Lage war gut . Sehr viel zu Fuss zu erreichen .

Das Frühdtück war mittelmässig und der Duschvorhang im Bad nicht mehr zeitgemäss .
