leider gibt es keine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer... diese fehlt wirklich sehr. Ist in vergleichbaren Apartments oft Standard.

Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, bequemes Bett, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden, Check in hat gut funktioniert, für 1-2 Nächte voll ok,

im Bad war ein Strahler kaputt, und da die Dusche zur Hälfte offen ist, hat man beim Duschen auch außerhalb des Duschbereichs noch einen nassen Boden; Personal haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts keines gesehen;

As we stayed here on other occasions, we know the premises very well and appreciate the location, facilities and friendly staff. We enjoyed a good meal in the Bistro and found here what we've been long time looking for: an exhibition of a great variety of food products and beverages (we were happy to bye some of them). The surroundings in Simbach am Inn are offering a lot of shops and restaurants and even commercial brands like Rossmann, Takko Fashion, EDEKA, REWE and many others. So, for a one night stay plus a half day, it was very convenient: the motel itself is very clean, rooms are large and cosy, having many kitchen devices, very useful for transit guests, TV, WiFi a.s.o..

Maybe self check-in formalities on the device outside could be somehow shorter, as they ask too many personal data and once you have been there and stayed there more than 2-3 times, you could be spared of repeating the same information given some other time.
