Kifines Suites

Location and suite fabulous.

Pool was freezing but we still went in. No one to help us with anything such as suggestions for restaurants, transportation or tv station in English. Also no spatula!

Très bel endroit avec une vue incroyable! C’est confortable et spacieux. L’hôte est très sympathique et nous offre le transport de l’hôtel au port. L’île de Folegandros est un coup de cœur pour nous. Avis aux marcheurs, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Our stay at Kifines Suites in Folegandros, Greece was absolutely perfect. Even though this was the cheapest of the three apartments available, we were so happy we chose this one because it honestly felt like the best option by far. The two floor layout made it feel spacious, comfortable, and really unique compared to a standard hotel room or flat. The downstairs had a lovely kitchen and living room area with everything we needed, including a fridge and sink, while the upstairs was a beautiful bedroom with plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. Everything was impeccably clean throughout our stay, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day, which we really appreciated. The facilities were excellent and thoughtfully prepared. There was an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Small touches like that made the stay feel extra considerate and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He offered us a free transfer from the port to the suites when we arrived, and even offered to drive us back to the port for free when we left. That level of hospitality made such a difference and made us feel genuinely looked after. One of my favorite parts of the stay was sitting on the upstairs balcony every morning watching the sunrise over the village. The view was absolutely stunning and honestly the highlight of the entire experience. The suites themselves also had such a beautiful traditional Greek style and decoration, which made the experience feel authentic and special. It was located 5 min walk away from Chora but still away from the crowds. I genuinely have no negative comments at all. Everything exceeded our expectations, and if we return to Folegandros, we would not stay anywhere else.

Location , cleanliness , sea view .

Interior needs a bit of refurbishment. Also it would be nice to have some welcome snacks / fruits and more water ( there was only one bottle). Finally we were half an hour late in our check out and the manager / owner ( his role wasn’t clear to us), made his discomfort very obvious, while leaving the facilities.

I liked the small town of Chora.

I booked two nights. Two days prior to us checking in, our ferry boat notified me the trip was cancelled that first day of our stay due to weather. I notified Kifines and asked if I would receive any discount on our first night due to the boat company cancellation. Kifines did reply to my question. After our stay, Kifines notified that we were allowed to cancel the first night and receive a 50% refund of that first night. But as we did not do that, we charged the full 100%. I'm inclined to think that they did not answer my initial request because they did not want to refund me 50% of the first night's stay.

Très bien situe proche de chora Le ménage est fait tous les jours un vrai plus Les peignoirs à dispositions ainsi que le nombre de serviettes sont très appréciables Le logement est très propre Le fait de venir nous chercher et de nous raccompagner au port est un service très appréciable !!!

Le gros bémol est pour la piscine qui est vraiment chouette mais l’eau est froide et comme l’île est très ventée il nous a été impossible d’y rentrer c’est dommage c’est un coût que nous aurions pu éviter en prenant une chambre « normale »

La vista (incredibile!), la posizione (a 5’ a piedi dalla Chora), la piscina con vista e il cambio di asciugamani e pulizie giornalieri
