"Clean but long list of house rules."

Clean.

Local taxi drivers asked why we choose this hotel when there are many similar properties at the same price nearer to amenities. It make us doubt, what wrong with our choice. Despite clean and friendly staff, the stay turn sour because every basic things is chargeable. Request to change of bath towel on a daily basis is chargeable, extra pillow is chargeable. The list of house rules goes on! Upon checkout, staff went to check every corner, every electrical items, inspect the beds make sure nothing is missing/damage.
